These frozen protein peanut butter cups are a great way to kick a craving. High in protein and they only take 2 minutes to make.
Here is the recipe:
6 Large (Pasteurized) Egg Whites
40 Grams Protein Power
1 Packet Sweetener
2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
1 Tablespoon Cocoa Powder
Silicone Muffin Cups (12)
Use a protein shaker/bowl to mix together all of the ingredients. Pour the mix evenly into your 12 silicone muffin cups. Throw them in the freezer for around 2 hours. Devour!
Tip: Let them thaw out for 5 minutes before eating them
Calories with the ingredients I used per 4 cups (makes 12):
Calories: 160
Fat: 4.8g
Carbs: 5.5g
Protein: 22.5g
