My main source of protein, and EXTREMELY SIMPLE to make!
Take a round cake pan, put 2 frozen or thawed skinless boneless chicken breasts in it with 1 can of low sodium chicken broth.
Marinate for 24 hours. 24 hours later, place in oven on 350 degrees for 30 minutes or until done. (165 degrees internal temp).
I do this everyday, sometimes I do 4 chicken breasts. This way you always have moist tasty chicken on the go!
Keep in fridge and microwave for 20 secs. I eat them plain! Approx: 40 g. protein each breast! Enjoy!
